Welcome to Ascend Energy. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Our Services

Ascend Energy offers energy healing services including Access Bars® and Body Process sessions. Our services are designed to support relaxation and wellbeing.

3. Bookings and Appointments

Booking Process

• Bookings can be made through our website or by contacting us directly
• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
• You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is confirmed

Cancellation Policy

• Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee
• We understand emergencies happen — please contact us as soon as possible if you cannot make your appointment

Arrival

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, please contact us. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate other bookings.

4. Payment

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged
• We accept various payment methods which will be communicated at the time of booking
• All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable

5. Client Responsibilities

By booking a session, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact and health information
• Inform us of any relevant health conditions or concerns before your session
• Communicate openly about your comfort during sessions
• Treat our practitioner and premises with respect
• Arrive in a fit state for your session (not under the influence of alcohol or drugs)

6. Consent and Right to Refuse

Your consent is paramount. You have the right to:

• Ask questions at any time before or during your session
• Request modifications to the session
• Stop the session at any time for any reason
• Withdraw consent without explanation

We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone if we believe it is not in the best interest of the client or practitioner.

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
